Ostkaka (Swedish Cheesecake)
Ostkaka is a Swedish dessert traditionally served during the holidays, specifically at Christmas. But you can eat it whenever you like because this cheesecake is just that good! Getting the rennet may be difficult, but it can also be an adventure. If you're traditional, serve the Ostkaka with lingonberries. If you're not, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries work the same. You can even make a berry sauce to drip over it and/or top it with whipped cream. You can also add a graham cracker crust to the bottom.
Instant Pot® Steamed Vegetables
Fresh, al dente vegetables steamed in your Instant Pot® using Chinese bamboo baskets. Cooking time is minimal, making one wonder why all the fuss to use a pressure cooker instead of traditional steamer basket. I have found that this method creates a crisp but tender vegetable with minimal mess and much safer than an open steamer set-up. This recipe uses a two-tier, 6.5-inch basket with lid, in a 6-quart pot.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
These Buffalo chicken wings are baked with a mixture of hot sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder, and cayenne. You're in for a nice, spicy bite!
