Many say this tomato, cucumber, and red onion salad is a great summer dish, but I find that I crave it all year round! It goes with everything, is very fast and easy to make, and always impresses with its amazing flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced fresh tomato
- 0.5 cups olive oil
- 0.5 cups red wine vinegar
- 0.25 cups diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt , or to taste

Toss together cucumber, tomato, olive oil, red wine vinegar, red onion, and white pepper in a large serving bowl; season with salt. Refrigerate until slightly chilled, 10 to 15 minutes.
