Give Buffalo chicken dip a healthy makeover with this recipe that uses light ranch dressing and reduced-fat cheese without sacrificing flavor. Serve with crisp celery and wholegrain crackers.
Spicy Ranch Party Mix
This is the perfect party snack to have lying around. It's salty, a bit spicy, and loaded with bright herb flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Lemony Marshmallow Glaze
Tried this when I didn't have any confectioners' sugar. I poured this over an angel food cake and had a few tablespoons left over. My husband almost ate the entire cake and spooned the leftover glaze onto his slices. Would also recommend this for pound cake, sponge cake, and cookies.
