Authentic Kicked-Up Syrian Hummus
This hummus recipe was handed down to me by my Syrian grandmother. I took it and tweaked it just a touch by adding roasted garlic, making it my most-requested recipe. I finally made it for my grandma a few months ago, and she said it was incredible โ that was my Oscar moment! Even people who don't like hummus love this recipe. And I'm modest too!
The Best Turkey Chili
This is just the best-tasting turkey chili. My family prefers it over beef chili. I like to put out toppings such as chopped onion, cilantro, chopped bell pepper, cheese, and sour cream and let everyone serve themselves.
Chef John's Turkey Sloppy Joes
These turkey Sloppy Joes make a very enjoyable lunch. Kept warm in a slow cooker, it could also work very nicely for a football party. This recipe tastes enough like a beef Sloppy Joe to provide those satisfying flavors, yet it seems much lighter.
