Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
A classic sandwich in the Midwest, particularly popular in Iowa and Indiana, but there are regional variations throughout the entire United States. I've always thought of this as a German schnitzel on a sandwich. It's crispy and crunchy... tender deliciousness!
Sarah's Copycat Chocolate Frosty
Sarah's copycat chocolate frosty is reminiscent of a Wendy's frosty, but made with oat milk, cocoa, and chocolate protein powder.
Perogies
These perogies can be boiled or fried in butter, which makes them tastier. Serve with sour cream or cottage cheese. I grew up on these delicious perogies. I like to triple the recipe and freeze some for later by freezing perogies in a single layer on a tray, then storing them in freezer bags.
