This veal stew is my favorite dish! My aunt gave me this delicious recipe years ago. The tomato and white wine sauce keeps the meat tender and moist during cooking. Serve over buttered noodles. Hope you enjoy it as much as our family does.

- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 pounds veal , trimmed and cubed
- 1 can tomato sauce , 8 ounce
- 0.5 cups white wine

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until tender.
-
2
Add veal to onion and garlic in the pot. Cook and stir until veal is evenly browned.
-
