Seafood Gumbo
This seafood gumbo takes some time, but is well worth the investment. Serve over long-grain white rice.
Authentic Paella Valenciana
A traditional paella Valenciana. I lived in Spain for two years where I was taught the art of making paella which originated in Valencia. I haven't found anything on here which is even close to authentic, so I thought I would add this recipe for those who would like to try a taste of Spain. First and foremost you will need a special paella pan called a paellera or just a paella. Trust me after you taste this you'll be glad you bought the special pan.
Air Fryer Chicken Quesadillas
These air fryer chicken quesadillas are so easy to make—using cooked, shredded chicken, and melty cheese in a folded tortilla, and air frying, they're even easier than quesadillas usually are. This recipe was developed for a 5.3-quart, basket-style air fryer, so if yours is different, expect different cook times. Top with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, cilantro sprigs, or any combination you like.
