This walnut pesto sauce is a tasty alternative to pesto made with pine nuts. You can use raw or toasted walnuts. Some people like to add Parmesan cheese to this as well!
Ingredients
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 0.5 cups walnuts
- 0.25 cups olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
