These classic Chinese potstickers are made with ground beef and shrimp instead of pork. This recipe makes a large batch of filling, enough for several packages of dumpling wrappers. You can freeze any extra potstickers to enjoy another time.
Crispy Crab Rangoon
Everyone will love these bite-sized crab rangoon, fried to crispy perfection. Just place the crab filling onto square wonton wrappers, fold them into triangles, pull up the other edges to seal, and fry them until golden brown.
