Coconut Curry Chili
The coconut, curry, and mango chutney really turn the flavor up in this curry chili recipe. I put this together one night with what I had, and loved the results. It tastes better the next day, just like most chili, and even freezes well. Seriously, you have to try it. Serve by itself, with rice, or with naan bread.
Jay's Spicy Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
I looked at the top five recipes on this site, combined my favorite ingredients from each, plus a few of my own (Sriracha and adobe sauce), and, ta-da, here is my recipe โ Jay's spicy slow cooker turkey chili. You can quickly cook the turkey, combine ingredients in the slow cooker, throw it in the fridge, and take it out to cook on low before you go to work. It works perfectly. Easy peasy! All the guys love it for football games, tailgating, and just plain old cold weather. From my table to yours, I hope you enjoy it! Serve it with sour cream and cheese to your liking.
Turkey Chili with Leftover Turkey
I made this with leftover turkey but would also work well with leftover chicken, too! Garnish with sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, and tortilla chips, if desired.
Turkey Chili Mac
Two things make for a great Thanksgiving leftovers recipe. The first one is that it shouldn't remind you of the original meal. Plus, and just as important, it should be super easy and simple to make. Not only does this turkey chili mac satisfy those two requirements, but it also happens to be incredibly delicious and pretty nice to look at. Garnish with grated cheese, onions, sour cream, and cilantro, if desired.
Vegan Chili Verde
Earthy poblano peppers, fruity tomatillos, and Tuscan kale provide lots of color and taste in this vegan chili verde recipe, which is sure to be a standout on your table. Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime wedges, sour cream, or hot sauce, if desired.
Vegan Pumpkin Chili
Easy vegan chili. You can saute the onions, peppers and garlic for a better flavor, but it's not necessary.
Vegetarian Pumpkin Chili
Wonderful twist for Halloween season or entertaining. The mix of sweet and spicy will amaze your taste buds!
Homemade Slow Cooker Vegan Chili
This makes a huge bowl of vegan chili.
Smoky Vegan Chili
This recipe is a long-time favorite in my house. It's quick to make and is very healthy. The adobo chili is a must. You can find them in a small can in the Mexican food aisle of most grocery stores. This chili freezes well, so double the recipe if you want.
Instant Pot Vegan Chili con Yaca
This Texas-style chili uses chunks of jackfruit mixed with beans and veggies to create a hearty meal even meat lovers will enjoy. Using bitters, liquid smoke, and dark soy sauce creates a smooth flavor similar to Worcestershire sauce; while stout beer and coffee lend a depth of flavor and body associated with traditional chili con carne. This recipe makes a full 7 quarts, good for your get-together or freeze some. Serve with cheese, sour cream, and avocado if desired.
Meat-Lovers' Vegetarian Chili
This is a thick, hearty vegetarian chili that is a hit at parties, even among die-hard meat eaters. The TVP gives it the texture of ground beef, and the chiles give it a nice depth of flavor. Cook it in the slow cooker or on the stovetop. This recipe really benefits from using the best quality ingredients you can find. Also, I find this tastes best after sitting in the fridge overnight and reheating the next day. Serve with grated cheese on top.
Easy Vegan Chili
I like to serve soy yogurt with the chili, especially if it's too spicy. Leftovers taste great with noodles as pasta sauce.
