Mint Tea Punch
Tea, mint, sugar, orange and lemon juices make this a quick and easy, refreshingly delicious drink on a hot summer's day, given to me by a true Southern lady. Goes great with Cajun or spicy foods too. Every time I serve this someone asks me for the recipe!
Tart Cherry Limeade
This cherry limeade recipe makes an extra-tart cherry limeade. To reduce the tartness, stir in an additional bottle of lemon-lime soda.

This is a citrus drink, great for all you lime lovers out there. It is our favorite.

Lime flavored rolled cookies.
Grilled Radishes
These are great matched with a simple grilled chicken breast. Use more or less garlic to taste.
Sheboygan Grilled Brats
Growing up on a lake in the Sheboygan area, this was a standard way that the German folks would grill their brats. We always served them on the old-fashioned hard rolls. By finishing them in the beer sauce they just get better and better. Though it's expensive, on special occasions I use a dark beer which is not German at all: Guinness Irish Stout. Around our house, we eat them with ketchup and mustard, and the cooked onions from the brat sauce.
Slow-Smoked Pork Spareribs
Slow-smoked ribs are rubbed with a sweet and spicy dry rub, cooked over red wine and fruits, then finished on the grill with a sticky barbecue sauce for irresistible pork spareribs.
Grilled Zucchini with Parmesan
This grilled zucchini side dish with garlic butter and melted Parmesan is a summer favorite at my house. So easy and tasty, and complements grilled steak, ribs, chicken, or fish.
Grilled Yellow Squash
This grilled squash is a tasty way to use up all the yellow squash you have pouring out of your garden every summer. I also do this same thing with zucchini.
