Blueberry Crepes
We love these crepes! Blueberries are a great fresh filling, but so are meats and cheeses! This recipe is our take on a Pampered Chef® recipe that we make every other weekend!
Pumpkin Crepes with Fontina Cheese Sauce
This savory crepe recipe makes a nice first course to any meal. You can change up the cheese, but make sure it's a good melting cheese, such as Gouda, Asiago, Gruyere, or provolone.
Gluten-Free Buckwheat Crepes
Crepes that can be eaten by those intolerant to gluten. These can be used for either sweet or savory fillings. They can be made ahead of time and reheated when necessary. The batter will stay in the refrigerator up to 24 hours if kept in an airtight container.
Egg and Cheese Breakfast Biscuit Bombs
Wrapped up in cinnamon-glazed flaky biscuit dough, these sweet-meets-savory bombs take bacon and eggs to million dollar status.
Loaded Breakfast Puff Pastry
This breakfast pastry is like if a hot pocket and a croissant had a breakfast baby. Puff pastry is stuffed with scrambled eggs, hashbrown, and cheese, brushed with egg wash, and baked in the oven for a delicious breakfast treat.
Breakfast Biscuit Bundt Cake
This breakfast biscuit Bundt cake is like a strata in cake shape. It looks stunning with a marbled appearance of biscuits, bacon, egg, and spinach.
Chestnut Flour Crepes (Gluten- and Wheat-Free)
In this recipe, chestnut flour makes very unique crêpes that happen to be both gluten free and free of wheat. The smoky, nutty flavor of chestnut flour complements savory and sweet fillings. Try them stuffed with warm gorgonzola and walnuts, topped with vanilla ice cream and roasted hazelnuts. Delicious! Serve or use immediately, or cool and refrigerate until needed. Cooked crêpes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for two days. You can refrigerate the batter for up to 24 hours.
Serbian Palacinke
Palacinke is the Serbian version of crepes. Fill with your favorite filling (cheese, jam, nuts, etc.) and roll up.
Czech Crepes
A Czech interpretation of the crepe. Slightly thicker than a French-style crepe, so they tend to be a little more filling. My family occasionally had these for 'brinner' (breakfast-for-dinner), but they make a great dessert, too. In Czech, these are called 'palacinky.'
Indian Crepes
These crepes are good with Indian food. I developed them to serve with vegetable biryani and other dishes after trying some leftovers in a regular crepe.
Low-Carb Savory Breakfast Crepes
What a delicious way to fix eggs for every day or for company! I load them with good-for-you veggies, too. Feel free to add ham or bacon to the egg mixture. You could also add other favorite low-carb veggies like zucchini or yellow squash. I have a light appetite and use this recipe for two people. That saves two more crepes for another day to use for a different breakfast, or to use for dessert with berries and cream after dinner.
Gluten-Free Crepes
Great tasting gluten-free crepe recipe. Works well every time.
