Beef Tinaktak
Tinaktak (pronounced tee-nack-tack) may have originated from the sound of chopping meat: tak! tak! tak! It is one of Guam's favorite comfort foods and definitely a favorite of mine since it is so simple to make yet yields a tasty dish! Serve over hot steamed rice (white or brown).
Caldereta (Filipino Beef Stew)
A Filipino beef stew traditionally cooked with goat, but it's usually not available in most markets. You can get creative with this dish such as adding garbanzo beans, peas, and raisins. Optional: add 4 ounces of liver pate in place of tomato paste. Serve hot over a bed of rice.

I'm thinking of going and making a pot right now, oh and it's even better the days after you make it, just go ahead and microwave some, put it on baked potatoes, roll it up in bread, use it anyway you like.
