This Bang Bang Chicken Casserole Is Here to Level Up Your Weeknight Dinner Routine
This bang bang chicken casserole is an all-in-one chicken and rice dish topped with a bang bang sauce inspired by Bonefish Grill's iconic Bang Bang Shrimp. Spiced and sauteed chicken baked over rice in a single skillet minimizes hands-on time, and results in a spicy, savory dish with a hint of sweetness.
Corn and Crab Pudding
This delicious side dish has a taste of the Southwest from a poblano chili.
Curried Shrimp Au Gratin
A velvety white sauce holds together shrimp and rice with a wonderful au gratin topping.
Maritime Lobster Casserole
This is a very easy recipe with a lot of flavour and color.
Mediterranean Casserole
Whether you're on a diet or just like to eat Italian cooking with flavor, this is the perfect choice for you. In Italy it is usually served after an entree, but can also be eaten as a main dish with a tossed salad.
Fish and Potato Casserole
Layers of potatoes, fish, and fresh spinach are covered in a homemade bechamel sauce and sprinkled with two kinds of cheese in this hearty fish and potato casserole.
Laura's Seafood Thermidor
For Laura's seafood Thermidor recipe, use crab or lobster or mix it up with some fish. I serve this in individual au gratin dishes. You can freeze the sauce before adding the topping.
Seafood Lasagna
This seafood lasagna is rich and creamy, with lots of crab and shrimp for great seafood flavor. It's the best seafood lasagna I have ever tasted! It's easy to make and you can use whatever combination of shellfish or fish you like.
Cap Cai
Learn how to make cap cai, a yummy Chinese-Indonesian vegetable dish that you'll find in restaurants all over Jakarta. It's a great pescetarian dish, too. We usually serve it with brown rice and fried tofu. You can leave out the prawns and the taste is still great, or even substitute for chicken.
Seafood au Gratin
This seafood casserole au gratin is delicious and well worth the effort! Make sure the seafood is very fresh. Best if served in individual baking dishes, but it can be made in one larger dish if they are not available.
Scallop Gratin
As far as I'm concerned, a simple gratin is the most delicious way to cook fresh scallops. The only real way to screw this recipe up would be to use the wrong scallops. And by wrong, I mean any scallops that have been soaked in a preservative brine. These are easy to identify, as they're usually sitting in a pool of milky liquid. What you want are usually sold as wild 'day-boat,' 'diver,' or 'dry-pack' scallops. They are really expensive, and worth every penny. Serve with French bread for dipping.
Salmon Mac and Cheese
This is a salmon version of a tuna casserole. You can use tuna in this as well. I made this up in college when I needed to make something that would use up stuff I had in the kitchen.
