These fried Chinese chicken pieces are crispy, succulent, and hard to stop eating! They're so good that they will give your local Chinese restaurant a run for their money. Enjoy with rice and sweet and sour sauce.
Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
I got this recipe from a friend and it is wonderful. My kids love it. It tastes like you got it at a Chinese restaurant and the slow cooker does most of the work! Serve over steamed rice.
Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger
A simple Chinese dish. The wine and ginger gives the dish its fragrant smell. Best served with warm rice.

Tsao Mi Fun (Taiwanese Fried Rice Noodles)
My mom's been making me tsao mi fun, in Mandarin, or tsa bi whun, in Taiwanese, since I was a little girl. Tsa bi whun literally translates to 'fried rice noodles'. You'll most likely find all the ingredients at your local supermarket except for the five spice powder, dried Chinese black mushrooms and rice vermicelli which can be found at your local Asian food mart. All the measurements here are pretty much to taste, some people like more pork, some less, some more soy sauce, some less, etc.
Chinese Barbeque Pork (Char Siu)
This Chinese barbeque pork is glossy, deliciously savory, and quite easy to make at home โ even without a fancy ceramic grill.
Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
I thoroughly enjoyed this plate of florescent food, and if you're a fan of the Chinese take-out version, I believe you will enjoy this too.
Chicken Chop Suey
This chicken chop suey recipe tastes very similar to the one at my favorite Chinese restaurant. There is a lot of chopping, but it's well worth the effort! We like it with noodles or vegetable fried rice.
Moo Goo Gai Pan
Moo goo gai pan is a Chinese-American dish that literally translates to chicken with sliced mushrooms. This dish is great, light, and very flavorful.
