A very simple blueberry pie with only 4 ingredients that is ready in 30 minutes, assuming you already thawed your puff pastry dough.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry , thawed
- 1 container fresh blueberries , 6 ounce
- 4 eggs whites
- 1 cup white sugar
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
-
2
Line a springform pan with phyllo dough and trim overhanging edges. Fill with blueberries.
-
3
Beat egg whites in a glass, metal, or ceramic bowl until foamy. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Evenly spread egg white mixture over blueberries. Make a decorative pattern with a spoon, if you like.
-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until meringue topping is golden brown, about 20 minutes.

This triple-seared whiskey burger uses the technique from my Japanese-style triple seared steak, and produces the most extraordinarily delicious, juicy burger, with a whiskey-soy glazed exterior.
Paleo Stuffed Cabbage
I love paleo stuffed cabbage rolls, also known as galumpkis, and wanted to share my own version with zucchini, which I also love. I made this recipe for a dinner party, and everyone commented on how delicious and light it was โ nobody realized I had swapped rice with cauliflower and zucchini. I was hoping for leftovers, but that was not the case!
