This Greek salad dressing is the "secret recipe" from the pizzeria I work at. It's the best dressing I have ever tasted! People offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it, we wouldn't be able to make enough for the restaurant! This recipe makes almost a gallon, but see the note below the recipe if you want to make a smaller amount.
Ingredients
- 1.5 quartss olive oil
- 0.33 cups garlic powder
- 0.33 cups dried oregano
- 0.33 cups dried basil
- 0.25 cups ground black pepper
- 0.25 cups salt
- 0.25 cups onion powder
- 0.25 cups Dijon-style mustard
- 2 quartss red wine vinegar

Gather all ingredients.

Mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and Dijon-style mustard together in a very large container. Pour in vinegar slowly while mixing vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
