- 1 banana , divided
- 0.5 cups frozen peach slices
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Blend 1/2 banana, peaches, applesauce, water, and coconut oil together in a blender until smooth; pour into a serving bowl.

Slice remaining half banana and arrange on top of smoothie. Add shredded coconut, almonds, and raisins.

White Fruitcake
My mother's white fruitcake has been a Christmas favorite for as long as I can remember.
