- 5 ounces feta cheese
- 1 avocado
- 0.75 cups olive oil
- 2 limes , juiced
- 0.25 cups fresh parsley leaves
- 0.5 cups fresh cilantro leaves
- 0.25 cups green onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
- salt to taste

Add feta, avocado, olive oil, lime juice, parsley, cilantro, green onions, garlic, and black pepper to the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
