Ingredients
- 2.5 ounces blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 0.25 teaspoons sugar
- 0.13 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

Mash blue cheese and buttermilk together in a small bowl with a fork until mixture resembles large-curd cottage cheese.
