Blueberry muffins are one of my favorites, but when the craving hits and I don't want to heat up my kitchen, I turn to my air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2.5 tablespoons white sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.33 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups blueberries

Preheat the air fryer to 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for 5 minutes.

Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined. Fold in blueberries. Add mixture to silicone cupcake liners using a small scoop, filling each 3/4 way full. Place carefully into the air fryer basket.

Air fry muffins for 14 minutes.
