It's so easy to air-fry steaks in your air fryer. These definitely rival a steak cooked on the grill. You can marinate the rib-eyes in the morning before you leave for work, then cook them at night.
Ingredients
- 2 rib-eye steaks , cut 1 1/2- inch thick
- 0.5 cups reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 0.25 cups olive oil
- 4 teaspoons grill seasoning , such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®
Instructions
-
1
Combine steaks, soy sauce, olive oil, and seasoning in a large resealable bag. Marinate meat for at least 2 hours.
-
2
Remove steaks from the bag and discard marinade. Pat excess oil off steaks.
-
3
Add about 1 tablespoon water to the bottom of the air fryer pan to prevent it from smoking during cooking. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
-
4
Cook steaks in the preheated air fryer for 7 minutes, flip, and cook about 7 minutes more for medium-rare. For a medium, cook 8 minutes per side.
-
5
Let steaks sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

Mango Habanero Chicken Wings
I love to get mango-habanero wings at restaurants, so I set out to create my own recipe. After trying many online recipes, I combined different ideas and came up with this one. It's always a hit when I make it, and everyone asks me for the recipe. Coating the wings in cornstarch absorbs extra moisture and forms a very thin, crispy crust. It's not a heavy breading; it just adds a bit of crunch.
Wasabi Green Peas
A spicy choice for snack food when you need to crunch on something. Great to put out at a party or have next to you at your computer. If you really love wasabi, you may wish to double or triple the coating mixture.
Vegetable Biryani
A very tasty and interesting biryani; the color looks appetizing and the taste is great! It's delicious served with mint chutney or simple, plain yogurt.
