I've experimented with many different flavors, but these are my all-time favorite. Three ingredients and a little bit of patience is all you need to whip up this crispy, addictive snack. This is a must for all of you salt and vinegar lovers out there.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds , rinsed and dried
- 1 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
Instructions

Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Pour vinegar over the top and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain off vinegar and stir in salt.

Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place seeds in the basket and cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.

Transfer seeds to a paper towel lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes.

Easy Chicken and Corn Chowder
This chicken corn chowder is super easy to make quickly on the stovetop. I used store-bought rotisserie chicken and shredded the breast meat to save time, but you are more than welcome to cook your meat and then shred it. You can also precook the potatoes to speed up the recipe.
