Scrambled Hot Dogs and Eggs
These scrambled hot dogs and eggs are a fun breakfast or even lunch. You'll need just 2 ingredients and about 5 minutes to make them.
Butterscotch Brownies
These chewy butterscotch brownies ooze brown sugary goodness. Like the best home-baked goodies, they're finger-licking good!
Jalapeno Popper Mushrooms
My husband loves stuffed jalapeños and I like stuffed mushrooms, so I came up with this jalapeño popper mushrooms recipe that combines the two. Leave some of the seeds or ribs in the jalapeño for more heat! I like to use Neufchâtel cheese and turkey bacon for a lower fat version — it's just as tasty!
