Air Fryer Spicy Salmon Bites with Avocado Lime Sauce
These air fryer spicy salmon bites with avocado sauce feel so fancy for home cooking. Simple skinless salmon bites only take 5 minutes in the air fryer, and are topped with a homemade avocado lime sauce using cottage cheese as a base.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 ounce) skinless salmon filets , cut into 1-inch pieces

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.

Combine onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, red pepper flakes and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix. Rub salmon with spice mixture on all sides.

Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place salmon in the basket and cook in the preheated air fryer until salmon flakes easily with a fork and is browned all over, about 5 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking time.

Place cottage cheese, avocado, garlic, salt, lime zest, and lime juice in the jar of a blender; blend on high until sauce is smooth and well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve salmon bites with avocado lime sauce.
