- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper

Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat egg whites in a bowl until frothy. Whisk in seltzer wateruntil combined. Whisk in flour, SEASONING, salt, and pepper until batter forms.

Coat basket with cooking spray. Dip VEGETABLES into batter until coated; allow excess to drip off. Working in batches if needed, arrange vegetables in an even layer in basket. Cook until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Serve with DIPPING SAUCE.
