Spinach and Artichoke Dip
This easy spinach and artichoke dip is a huge hit at parties — it's one of our favorite appetizers to serve when we entertain. You can make it ahead and reheat it in the oven before serving. Serve with fresh bread, crackers, or pita chips.
Chewy Watermelon Rind Candy
This candy watermelon makes great use of watermelon rinds. Instead of throwing the rinds away, turn them into a sweet treat with sugar, mint, and sweet basil. You can roll the dehydrated candy pieces in coarse sugar if you like.
Baked French Fries II
I like these fries because they have a great flavor. These go well with salmon patties.
