These easy turkey burgers are spiced up with red pepper flakes and garlic. They are so delicious — my family requests that I make them for every social event.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 0.5 cups crushed cheese-flavored crackers
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion , Optional
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
-
2
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, crushed crackers, egg, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion until well combined. Form into four fat patties.
-
3
Cook patties on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Frozen Garlic Knots in the Air Fryer
These frozen garlic knots cooked in an air fryer are simple to make. I wanted garlic knots tonight but didn't want to heat the whole house, so I looked for a recipe but couldn't find one. I just created my own recipe, and they turned out perfect.
Cottage Cheese Banana Pancakes
These fluffy cottage cheese banana pancakes are super high in protein and sweet enough to eat without toppings, though I usually top them with berries and syrup! I combined a few gluten-free recipes to get the best flavor.
