Supremely Spicy Hummus
I love this spicy hummus dip with pita bread. If you like things really spicy, add an extra teaspoon of cayenne pepper or a halved, seeded hot red pepper at the beginning.
Las Vegas Galbi (Korean-Style Beef Ribs)
So this Korean ribs recipe is basically LA galbi with my own personal touches. It has received praise from many Koreans; however, I'm not sure if they were just being nice or not. You don't need a portable/tabletop stove for this (you can use a stovetop instead), but it's more fun this way. Serve with rice, kimchi, garlic, etc. Garnish with sesame seeds.
French Dip Sliders
These French dip sliders may seem time-consuming to make, but they use a lot of shortcuts, so they're easier than you think. Caramelizing onions does take some time—feel free to use crispy fried onions instead if you're in a rush.
