- 6 slices bacon
- 1 pint sour cream
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- 0.25 cups prepared horseradish
- 1 lemon , juiced
- 0.5 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, and lemon juice. Stir well. Stir in bacon; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir and top with parsley before serving.
