Air Fryer Churros
Air fryer churros are a delicious cinnamon sugar treat. By using an air fryer instead of a deep fryer, it turns what's normally a guilty treat into a sweet treat. After over seven experiments creating this recipe, I have two pieces of advice: do NOT line the air fryer basket with parchment paper liner, and do NOT add the cinnamon sugar to the dough.
Garlic Mushrooms
These garlic mushrooms are easy to make by sautéing sliced mushrooms in butter with red wine. Delicious with grilled steaks or on top of toasted bread for a tasty appetizer.
