Take a regular baguette and split lengthwise to create a tasty pizza. Toppings can be as simple as sauce and cheese, or upgrade with pepperoni and sausage.
Ingredients
- 1 French baguette
- 0.5 cups pizza sauce , or as needed
- 0.67 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces sausage
- 2 ounces pepperoni slices
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
-
2
Split baguette in half lengthwise. Warm pizza sauce in a microwave-safe bowl until hot, about 45 seconds.
-
3
Spread pizza sauce on baguette, sprinkle on cheese, and scatter sausage and pepperoni on top as desired. Place pizza onto a baking tray.
-
4

-
5
Cut pizza crosswise into slices. Serve and enjoy.

Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Tradizionali
This carbonara recipe comes from an Italian, unlike a lot of recipes out there for spaghetti alla carbonara. It's very true to what you'd find in Italy — no cream, just eggs, and Pecorino Romano cheese is used, not Parmesan.
