  • 6 filletss fresh pollock , 4 ounce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs , or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.33 cups sour cream
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
