Balsamic mushrooms are a great way to start your dinner party. These mushrooms can be served either hot or cold, so you can prepare them the night before your party or just moments before.
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms , sliced
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant but not brown, about 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to release their juices, about 2 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine; cook until mushrooms are tender, about 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
