I always make this banana and peanut butter 4-ingredient 'ice cream' for my family! It is a great recipe for vegan and vegetarian diets, just replace the peanut butter with organic peanut butter or another nut butter. Substitute water for milk if desired. The more milk you add, the thinner and soupier your ice cream will be. Serve it with sliced fresh fruit or handmade whipped cream.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies
This cookie got its name because a whole 18-ounce jar of peanut butter is used to make it. It is the creamiest, moistest cookie I have ever had, and bound to be a favorite with anyone who makes them. Just don't over bake them!
