Roast Leg of Lamb
This leg of lamb recipe is simple to prepare with thin slices of garlic and rosemary. Cooking peeled potatoes in the pan around the roast is yummy. The only other things you need are gravy made from the pan drippings and a fresh vegetable.
Buffalo Ranch Chicken and Cheese Dip
This Buffalo ranch chicken dip is a creamy, hearty dip that works well for a gathering. It's a good option when you are serving close to mealtime, but don't want to prepare a full meal. I serve this with multigrain tortilla scoops.

This baked ziti with sausage is quite possibly the one thing that I am constantly asked to make. It is full of flavor and delicious.
