Bitter Melon and Black Bean Sauce Beef
Bitter melon and black bean sauce beef is a classic Chinese dish that can be made with chicken instead of beef. If chicken is used, cooking time will be more depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces.
One Pot Turmeric Chicken and Rice
This one pot turmeric chicken and rice dish is made by cooking chicken breast, green beans, tomatoes, aromatics, and seasonings with the rice all in one pot. A recipe for raita is included, as a condiment, if desired. Serve with a tossed salad and some naan or roti for a complete meal.
Chocolate Chai Coffee Mix
I was craving Starbucks® chocolate chai tea latte when I made this. It is not a copycat recipe, simply tasty and easy. International Delight® 'Sweet Cream' is fabulous in this, if you like sweet coffee. Cardamom gives it the slight licorice taste; if you omit it, that's fine too.
