Shrimp Goat Cheese Watermelon Salad Stack
These shrimp and goat cheese watermelon salad stacks are a refreshing take on a traditional caprese salad. If you don't have a ring mold, cut into squares or triangles instead. The key is flat watermelon pieces, about 1/4-inch thick.
Easy Cold Pasta Salad
This easy cold pasta salad recipe is quick to make and great for brunch, luncheons, or whatever. I find that this salad is always popular at get-togethers and usually disappears rather quickly.
Hot Buttered Rum Single Serving
Nothing sets the mood on a cold winter day better than a roaring fire and a hot buttered rum. This is a single-serving recipe. If done right, this drink tastes like melted caramel swirling over your tongue. That makes it too sweet to drink with a meal, but also one of the best dessert drinks ever made. Drink these in moderation.
