Pannukakku (Finnish Oven Pancake)
I first ate pannukakku while living in Finland on a religious mission. It tastes something like a mix between a German pancake and custard. In Finland, it is usually served as a dessert with jam on top, but we like to eat it for breakfast with pancake syrup on top as well. It is now my kids' favorite breakfast and is requested regularly.
Best Pork Chop Marinade
This pork chop marinade is savory, slightly sweet, with a little spice, and the best I've ever made โ I'm so glad I wrote the recipe down! The pork chops taste great grilled and always turn out tender and juicy.
Dreamy Orange Cupcakes
These cupcakes blend two of my favorite flavors: orange and vanilla! Reminiscent of a childhood ice cream pop treat, these cupcakes will make you feel like a kid again!
