- 1 onion , chopped
- 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 0.75 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons paprika
- 0.13 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup , 10.75 ounce
- 1.25 cups fat free sour cream
- 1 package egg noodles , 8 ounce
