Air Fryer Halloumi
I had fried halloumi in a pub in England where it's often served as an appetizer, and it was instant love. It's a breeze to make in the air fryer! We like to serve it with sliced cherry tomatoes, freshly chopped herbs, or occasionally a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Chocolate Chex Caramel Crunch
Plain brown sugar and butter turn into caramel goodness that surrounds chocolate cereal squares in this scrumptious, crunchy Chocolate Chex mix.
Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Cottage cheese pancakes may sound odd, but they taste fantastic! My husband and I love to make these fluffy pancakes for breakfast on lazy weekends. Serve with syrup.
