- 0.5 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 8 ounces wild Pacific salmon fillets , cut into 1-inch cubes
- 0.5 cups oil for frying
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Combine cayenne, turmeric, and salt in a bowl; add salmon and toss to coat. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. While oil is heating, sprinkle cornstarch over salmon; toss to coat.
