Roasted Chickpeas
Roasted chickpeas are a delicious crispy snack or garnish you can make with cooked or canned chickpeas. Plan ahead so the chickpeas can dry before you roast them — that way, they cook up perfectly crisp and golden brown. Season to taste with spices.
Slow Cooker BBQ Meatballs and Polish Sausage
This is a great appetizer. My grandma used to make these for holiday gatherings. So easy to make! Keep meatballs and polish sausage in crock pot for serving; people can grab them with toothpicks or a slotted spoon.
Vitamix Butternut Squash Soup
I was looking for a great butternut squash soup recipe that was creamy with great flavor. I liked elements of many of the ones out there, but none hit the mark. So, I created my own in the Vitamix! My husband is an extremely picky eater when it comes to food consistency, and he loved it. I hope you do as well. This recipe is now in our regular rotation. Top with paprika and parsley or your desired spice.
