The Bloody Caesar, an iconic Canadian cocktail simply referred to as a Caesar in Canada, is a national favorite, known for its distinctive flavor that sets it apart from the classic Bloody Mary. It combines vodka with Clamato juice (a savory mix of clam and tomato juice) for a distinct briny, unami taste. Spiced with hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, it's usually garnished with a celery stick, lime wedge, pickled treats such as beans or olives, or whatever your heart desires.
