My mother used to make this pizza; she didn't cook much so you know it's easy! And it tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus , trimmed and snapped into pieces
- 1 teaspoon olive oil , or as needed
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 0.5 cups pizza sauce
- 1 prebaked pizza crust , 14 ounce
- 0.75 cups crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
-
1
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
-
2
Place asparagus on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-
3
Bake the asparagus in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
-
4
While asparagus is baking, spread the pizza sauce over the pizza crust. Distribute asparagus pieces and crumbles of blue cheese evenly over the pizza.
-
5
Return pizza to center rack of preheated oven; bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, 8 to 10 more minutes.

Chocolate Chip Dream Bars
A perfect dessert to serve company. Kids love them. Quick and easy to make.
Dairy-Free Savory Sausage Gravy
This dairy-free sausage gravy is a fairly basic, large-batch gravy recipe that I've developed over time. The family loves it every time, so the large batch is needed! Normally I'd use soy milk for most things, but I've found that in greater quantities it tends to froth badly. Almond milk does not have this problem though. Serve over warmed biscuits or the toasted bread of your choice.
Boston Cream Pie I
A rich creamy dessert also known as Boston Cream Cake. It is a wonderful combination of yellow cake, custard and chocolate glaze.
