This angel hair coleslaw recipe is a completely different approach — fresh, shredded cabbage prepared as a fast (12 seconds adding ingredients, 30 seconds to mix), crisp, low-cal, low-carb, slightly spicy, and delicious dish that you should be eating as part of your regular veggie side rotation. Serve immediately after mixing.

These flavorful waffles are filling, lightly spiced, slightly sweet, and perfect for the holidays. They can easily be made using leftover sweet potato casserole and cranberry sauce after Thanksgiving or for a festive Christmas morning breakfast!
Stabilized Whipped Cream
Stabilized whipped cream holds up longer on desserts because it doesn't separate. Gelatin stiffens the whipped cream and makes the texture seem fuller and slightly spongy. It's perfect for topping a sweet pie with rosettes or to frost a cake.
