I love this brown sugar fudge. It's got a nice, creamy texture. I like to double up on the nuts to take away from the sweetness. This recipe always turns out for me when I follow the recipe precisely.
Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 0.75 cups evaporated milk
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts , Optional

Bring brown sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil in a large saucepan; boil mixture for 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add confectioners' sugar; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes.

Stir in walnuts. Spread fudge evenly into an 8-inch square pan and let cool before cutting into 64 1-inch squares.
