- 2 medium ripe tomatoes , sliced
- 2 ballss burrata cheese. sliced , 4 ounce
- 10 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil , or more to taste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 0.5 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Arrange tomato and burrata slices on a platter. Place basil leaves in between and drizzle olive oil over top. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
