Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage , chopped
- 6 Romas (plum) tomatoes , diced
- 1 red onion , diced
- 1 yellow onion , diced
- 4 jalapenos peppers , diced
- 2 bunches cilantro , chopped
- 3 limes , juiced
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt

Mix together cabbage, tomatoes, onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
