This Cajun tartar sauce, made with Old Bay and dill pickle relish, takes tartar sauce in a new direciton. It's great on fried fish, and also as a dipping sauce for French fries.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning , such as Old Bay®
- 0.25 cups dill pickle relish
- 0.5 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper

Place mayonnaise, Old Bay, relish, onion powder, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
